IconWorkshop becomes more useful when you treat it as an asset workstation rather than a one-document editor. The built-in File Explorer and Librarian are there to support that workflow.

Use the File Explorer for active jobs

Use the Librarian for reusable assets

• Store approved icons, object packs, and reusable references.
• Keep recurring product assets close to the editing workflow.
